We are passionate about partnering with and supporting our fellow small business owners here in Gunnison. While soaps are available for order and pickup at our home, we also try to make soaps available in other capacities locally.
Help support Soladera Soaps and support our local partners and friends by checking out our local purchase options! We also participate in various craft events throughout the year. Visit our Events & News page for info about upcoming or past events.
Pfister’s Handworks
We are pleased to share that our Basic Shampoo & Body soap is now available at Pfister’s Handworks in downtown Crested Butte! Look for our logo on the big jar of soap (pictured below with owner, Scott Pfister) in their store at 302 Elk Avenue.
Our Basic soap is unscented and lathers wonderfully for skin and hair— a great soap for sensitive skin or anyone wanting maximum versatility in their soap!

Gunnison Gallery & Soladera Soaps
We have partnered with the wonderful Gunnison Gallery to have a selection of soaps available right on Main Street in Gunnison. Inside (by the front window) we have three varieties of soaps for sale!

Jenifer, soap-maker and owner of Soladera Soaps, at the Gunnison Gallery with display (custom wooden shelf also made by Jenifer).
From Jenifer:
“The soaps, which I make in my home in Gunnison, are all natural, artisan soaps. Soap batches with natural colorants, natural exfoliants, and scents created with essential oils… hand-made from beginning to end by me. I produce soaps year round, with special seasonal scents and limited edition batches.
I started making soaps due to my very sensitive skin— I enjoy sharing them with those who appreciate the all-natural aspect, whether it’s because they love the scents, love or need what they can do for the skin, like to support small, local businesses, appreciate the unpackaged bars with only a label listing that batch’s specific ingredients, or just need a bar of soap!”
Gunnison Farmer’s Market
We enjoy participating in the summer/fall market season in Gunnison alongside our fellow craftspeople and local growers! Whether you are a local or just passing through, we love sharing our product with you!

Summer 2026
Weekly on Saturdays from June 6 – October 17, 2026.
We will share a booth with our good friend Miss B’s Sundries, so you can count on something from both to be there nearly every week! Here is Miss B’s website for you to check out her goods: https://www.missbsundries.com/
Inventory at the market will rotate throughout the season. If you don’t see your favorite, be sure to ask if it’s available for home pickup.
